Large tabletops require sufficient support. In addition to an appropriate table base bottom size
it is important to determine if your top will need multiple vertical columns, large diameter columns,
oversize top plates or oversize spiders.

Stainless steel table tops are not scratch proof. Like any metal surface stainless steel tops will pick up scratches and abrasions with normal use. Scratches in stainless can be buffed out with Scotch Brite pads or very fine grit sand paper (steel wool is not recommended due to the mild steel fibers contaminating the stainless surface therefore leaving rust colored stains).

It is also recommended that the surface of the grain is followed in the same direction when buffing out scratches. Stainless steel tables although very resistant to corrosive environments do require periodic care and maintenance. Cleaning is necessary on all grades of stainless to prevent corrosive particles from gathering in the grain of the stainless surface. This results in a rust colored staining. One might think that the stainless is actually rusting, but it is actually the corrosive particles that are reacting and causing the staining. Weekly cleaning with a good stainless cleaner will keep the surface free from corrosive particles. In environments where there is salt, chlorine or air pollution present, a weekly cleaning with water and liquid detergent followed by drying will keep the stainless surface free from contamination. If staining has occurred the surface can be cleaned with a non abrasive, non chlorine kitchen cream cleanser.

TABLE ALLOY:

304 Alloy:
This stainless steel is a commercial grade metal. 304 stainless is commonly used in the food services industry.

316L Alloy:
This stainless steel is widely used in laboratory and marine applications.

Flat Top:

TABLE TOP FINISH

Brushed:

• Our brushed finish, also commonly known as directional or satin finish, is the finish commonly seen on kitchen appliances, and is characterized by fine polishing grit lines that are uniform and directional in appearance.

Matte:

• Our standard matte finish looks great, and pre-conditions the surface of the stainless steel, allowing it to mask and accept inevitable random scratches as they take place.

Scratchy Matte:

• This finish provides a pre-scratched finish with short, random non-directional scratches.

STAINLESS DRAWERS

Type 1:

• Stainless front
• Easy removal for cleaning

Type 2:

• Stainless front and sides
• Heavy duty construction

TABLE CASTERS

Casters:

• 4" diameter swivel
• Each with a brake
• Set of 2 or 3 (based on table size)

OVER SHELVING

Rear Mount:

• Mounted on rear of work tables
• For tables with a rear backsplash, over shelf will be mounted to the backsplash

Mid Mount:

• Mounted in middle of table
• Used when table is being worked on from both sides

INTEGRATED SINK

Our sinks are seamlessly welded into the table top creating a uniform, integrated unit. The tight 5/8" radius coved corners are superior to "zero radius" corners in that they provide a cleanable surface while still offering the dersired "modern" look.

Single Bowl:

• Select an available single bowl sink from the list
• Fully integrated into table top

Double Bowl:

• Select from the list of available single bowl sizes
• Each bowl in the sink will be the same size
• Fully integrated into the table top

TABLE EDGE OPTIONS

Square Edge (default edge):

• 1 1/2" square edge
• 1/2" return

Marine Edge:

• 1 1/2" edge with 3/8" lip
• 1/2" return
• Provides a No-Drip edge

Bull Nose Edge:

• Side is rounded
• Choose which sides you want rounded (Bull Nose): Front, Rear, Left, Right

MID-SHELF

Fixed Mid-Shelf:

• Adds additional storage
• Non-adjustable

KICK PLATES

Kick Plates:

• Held in place by magnets
• Easily removable for cleaning
• Keeps underside of cabinets hidden
• Gives a clean look

URN TROUGH

Urn Trough:

• Used in beverage areas
• Provides a drainage system for dripping/pouring beverages
• Removable stainless steel grate for easy cleaning
