All purchases require a signature upon delivery as a safety precaution. Please arrange to hold the package at a FedEx pickup location or USPS if unavailable.
If, for some reason, you would like a return, exchange, or alteration, please email: customercare@mlfurs.com or call 303-322-2287 within 48 hours of receipt of delivery to receive a return label. The policy is limited due seasonal nature of our products. Returns will not be accepted after this time frame.
All merchandise marked 50% off, or greater is FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for return.
Many European sizes are converted to American sizes for simplicity. Please call for information.
