4. Find a clean and dust-free site, and use dismantling tools and copper rods to dismantle the transmission. The disassembly steps are generally: the transmission cover, the first shaft, the second shaft, the intermediate shaft, and the reverse shaft.

5. When dismantling parts, first determine the original wind direction and coordinates of the parts before dismantling them. If necessary, make a record; the dismantled parts should follow the steps of disassembly and disassembly, and arrange them in different parts. The parts are grouped together according to the steps; the gears can be set on the shaft according to the original wind direction and coordinates to prevent wrong or missing installation.

6. All disassembled parts should be cleaned and inspected accordingly, and those that cannot be used should be replaced; the disassembled oil seals and gaskets should not be used and should be replaced.

7. Before assembly, coat each bearing, oil seal, keyway on the shaft, the inner hole of the gear and the bearing hole of the transmission case with gear oil or gasoline, and soak the replaced paper pad with gasoline.

8. The assembly steps are opposite to the disassembly steps, that is, the parts removed later are installed first, so that all parts are installed on the original coordinates. During the installation process, the tacit parts should be rolled frequently, and the wind direction of the oil seal should be paid attention to and must not be damaged.

9. Before installing the transmission cover, check the site for missing parts, whether there is axial movement of each shaft and fixed gear, whether the paper pads everywhere are complete, and whether each pair of meshing gears meshes within the entire tooth width; use Move the sliding gear by hand to see if it can move axially to the full tooth width meshing; roll the first shaft by hand, and try each gear separately, all of which should be able to rotate smoothly and stably without jamming. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil to the gearbox body as required.

10. Install and fix the shift fork on the corresponding shift fork shaft, and then install the shift fork shaft into the corresponding hole of the transmission cover. When installing the fork shaft, pay attention to install the self-locking mechanism and the interlocking mechanism into the corresponding holes. The side of the fork shaft with three major grooves should bear the wind direction of the steel ball of the self-locking mechanism. There is a groove on the fork shaft. Side alignment interlock mechanism. After each fork shaft is installed in place, place it in the neutral coordinate, and the sliding gears in the transmission transmission mechanism are also in the neutral coordinate, and install the transmission cover on the transmission case. At this time, each fork is just right. Install it into the groove of the corresponding gear, install the connecting bolts, and tighten the bolts according to the specified process and specified torque, and use the shift lever to hook into different gears. Turn the first shaft lightly, if it still can't hang, remove the box cover and check.

11. After installation, it is necessary to carry out trial operation. Each gear should be able to roll actively without oil leakage, oil leakage and jamming. It is not allowed to skip gears and random gears in any gear. , there shall be no abnormal noise and overheating.
