How to make a paracord keychain!
Lets break it down. Oh, and by the way, if the video is a little quick for you click on the gear icon in the bottom corner and you can change the speed of the video.
Step 1: Take out a 3-4-foot long piece of paracord. Melt both ends with a lighter.
Step 2: Fold the paracord in half. Pass the center through a key ring then feed the ends through the loop and snug up tight.
Step 3: Measure down about 5 inches from the key ring and make a mark. This mark will be the starting point for weaving the key chain.
Step 4: Flip the right cord over and cross it over itself and the left cord. Take the left cord and cross it over the right cord only. Pass it underneath and up through the right loop. Snug up tight.
Step 5: Carry out the opposite of step 4. Cross the left cord over both cords. Take the right cord and cross it over the left cord only. Pass it underneath and up through the left loop. Pull every knot tight as you go.
Step 6: Repeat step 4 and step 5 down the length.
Step 7: When you have finished weaving, trim both ends close to the keychain with scissors. Melt the ends again. Squish it flat with scissors while it is still hot.
Behold! Your brand new paracord keychain is complete!
