    Diaphragm valves 

    Diaphragm valves are suitable for many industrial applications in particular for water and chemical processes. With just 2 wetted parts and soft sealing, diaphragm valves are 100% leak tight.

  • Gate valves have a wide range of applications including hot/cold fresh water, sea water, lubricating oil, steam, and mainly used in the shipbuilding industry. Many models are available with position indicator.

    Cast steel and Stainless steel versions are available for steam, hot&cold water, oil, air, gas. 

    Fire fighting valves with threaded ends are available in two patterns, straight and 30o angled, with BSP threaded or PN16 flanged drilled inlet. All are fitted with standard “Storz” coupling on the outlet.

  • Pressure reducing valves with bronze body, flanged, for use in general industrial applications aboard ships. The body is provided with a pressure gauge connection on both sides.

    Safety valves are among the facilities that must prevent higher pressures from occurring in installations than they were designed for.  Safety valves can be divided as follows: 

    • Proportional-relief valves

  • Though the simple construction and great variation in materials, butterfly valves are broadly applied for various media such as air but also chemical and aggressive media. Butterfly valves are used for open/close purposes, but are also suitable for regulating purposes, and for use in the following markets: Maritime sector, heating and air treatment, chemical and petrochemical industry, machinery, potable water, water treatment plants

  • Suction valve chests are available in 2, 3, 4 valve bodies with 2 opposed side connections that are one size larger than the valve size. You may obtain any desired no of valves through a combination of 2 or more chests. Available in sizes DN40-100.

    Also can be “custom made” chests from 2-6 valves with equal size and 1-2 side connections, sized equal or 1 or 2 sizes larger. Available in sizes DN32-200.

     

    Storm valves are in ductile cast iron material and installed in sanitary piping system which have a ship’s side exit

    Suction valve chests

    Mud boxes are installed in suction pipes aboard vessels to protect pumps against large solids. Standard perforation size is 8mm but other perforation sizes are available.

    Storm valves

    Quick closing valves are used mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic transmission. They provide a remote shut-off from an accessible location. These valves comply with the requirements of the class societies. Used onboard ships and are suitable for fuel, oil etc.

    Mud boxes

    Self closing lobe valves are used aboard hips and are quickly operated safety valves with a counter weighted lever. With a 90o turn the valve will open or close respectively.
